BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Privé Padel, we aim to create a welcoming club that delivers an exceptional experience for all our members and guests. To maintain these high standards, the following booking and cancellation policies apply:

• Public Access: Users may book up to 7 days in advance for off-peak times. Public guests can cancel without penalty within a 24-hour window. Cancellations made after this window will incur the full booking fee.

• Members:

  • Privé Platinum Members can book courts up to 21 in advance.

  • Privé Gold Members can book up to 14 days in advance.

  • Members can cancel without penalty within a 24-hour window. Cancellations made after this window will incur the full booking fee.

• Weather Cancellations: If reservations are canceled by Privé Padel due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued.
